Refund policy



The possibility of return is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygienic or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* gift cards
* downloadable software products
* some health and personal hygiene products

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)

* Books that have clearly been used
* CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have had their packaging opened
* Items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged or have components are missing, and where this is not due to us
* items that are not returned within a period of 30 days after delivery

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.

If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. If necessary, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while to see your refund. If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Discounted items (if applicable)

Refunds cannot be made on discounted items.

Exchange (if applicable)

If the item was purchased specifically as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift card as soon as we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the giver first received the item himself and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and that person will therefore be notified that you returned it.

The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

How long a replacement item takes to reach you depends on where you are.

If you are sending us an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
